At present we ship within Australia only
Domestic Australian Customers:
All our shipping is done through either Australia Post or via a courier service for large bulky and heavy orders. All orders will be provided with tracking details.
If a courier is used your order may need to be signed for. If you wish to have your order with Authority to leave please add a note to your order at checkout. By waiving the signature on delivery you are then relieving chatterbox City of any claim for lost or stolen goods.
We take every care in ensuring your goods are well protected in transit however we can not be liable for packages which may be damaged in transit but will assist you in any claims needed to be made through the shipping provider.
